R-ACTION ACADEMY
With the R-ACTION Academy, we propose an innovative MULTI-ACTIVITY approach, with the aim of offering an all-round mountain experience for all our young athletes, from the youngest to the most enterprising teenagers. Technique and fun alternating with GIANT SLALOM and a first taste of COMPETITION, as well as FREERIDE, and the basics of MOUNTAINEERING; without forgetting treasure hunts, animal tracking, orienteering, snowshoeing and exceptional events. We will develop a technical-teaching path focused on the DIVERSIFICATION of experiences, without neglecting the PLAY and EDUCATIONAL aspect, which is ever-present in our team’s DNA!
PHILOSOPHY
This is an epoch-making development, a new way of conceiving enjoyment of the product where the calendar is to be understood as a simple list of days that everyone can use according to their needs and depending on the formula chosen. Category groups will be rotated periodically, as the dedicated instructors constantly interact with each other to keep instruction focused.
REMEMBER THAT ATTENDANCE FOR THE WEEKEND MUST BE CONFIRMED BY THURSDAY.
Mini Baby
R-Action Academy MINI BABY is a totally innovative product with great teaching/sports/recreational value, targeting children taking their first steps on snow. The instructors employed are specialised in teaching this category.
IN DETAIL
- From 3 to 5 years old
- Priority lesson times: Sundays 10 a.m.-1 p.m. – Saturdays 10 a.m.-1 p.m. – Christmas holidays 10 a.m.-1 p.m;
- We’ll introduce your children to the world of snow and skiing through teaching that focuses on the play and recreational aspect, with specific, carefully personalised programmes for every learning need;
- Stress-free teaching techniques, suitable for developing numerous motor and coordination skills, focusing mainly on a play approach;
- Multi-activities, with short hikes, animal tracking, possibly competitions, fabulous events, torchlight processions, along with lots of games and fun for your little skiers;
- Limited number of pupils per group;
- Guarantee of young instructors who love working with children.
- 2 fabulous inner circuit competitions, prize-giving and events;

INSTRUCTOR’S ADVICE
In order to create a pinpointed learning process, the instructor suggests planning for AT LEAST one (continuous) week during the Christmas holiday period and to maintain a fairly continuous attendance at weekends thereafter. Given the age of the children, only regular attendance will guarantee their permanence in the group and real, consistent learning, appropriate to their age and level. Super Baby
R-Action Academy Super Baby is an UNCONVENTIONAL proposal, with specially structured teaching strategies aimed at children in this age group and instructors specialised in teaching this category. Play and a MULTI-ACTIVITY approach are used to develop the different psycho-motor skills of our little novice skiers.

BABIES, CUBS, JUNIORS AND STUDENTS
R-Action Academy Babies, Cubs, Juniors and Students is a NON-CONVENTIONAL product, a new way of interpreting traditional seasonal groups. An ALL-MOUNTAIN proposal for a 360° mountain world experience, with technical/competitive strategies specially structured and diversified to suit the different age groups. The countless psycho-motor skills of our little ‘cadets’ are developed and refined through play, and a MULTI-ACTIVITY approach to the WORLD OF COMPETITION!
IN DETAIL
- Priority lesson times: Sundays 9.30 a.m./3.00 p.m. – Saturdays 2.00 p.m./5.00 p.m. – Christmas holidays 9.30 a.m./2.00 p.m.;
- Early start times (9.30 a.m. on Christmas holidays and Sundays) in order to avoid the heavier skier traffic at the lifts;
- Your children and teenagers will be given a global view of the world of mountains and skiing, in total safety and thanks to teaching focused on the diversification of experiences. We aim to refine technique, without neglecting the play and educational aspect, through programmes personalised for every learning need.
- We work by objectives, giving your/our ‘young athletes’ as much responsibility as possible, and aim to develop all their motor and coordination skills;
- Multi-activity approach, which will include (depending on category and technical level): approaching the world of competition on special training stages, possibly taking part in competitions, first steps in freeriding and mountaineering, trips and hikes with some exploration of the surrounding nature, basic athletics, orienteering, fabulous events, torchlight processions and lots of fun!
- Limited number of pupils per group;
- 2 fabulous inner circuit races and the chance to take part in FISI aoc provincial circuit races in the Via Lattea area (FISI membership not included), prize-giving, torchlight processions and events;
